Refugio “Cuco” Mendoza Torres, 64, of Plant City, born on July 4, 1961, in San Jose De Medina, Nuevo León, Mexico, entered into eternal rest on May 9, 2026. He enjoyed dancing, singing, making jokes, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by father, Olegario Mendoza. He is survived by wife, Eliaser Mendoza; children, David Mendoza (Griselda Nunez) of Lakeland, Paulina Mendoza (Joaquin Peña) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Samuel Mendoza (Jessica) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Julissa Mendoza of Plant City, Saul Mendoza of Plant City, and Mayrin Mendoza Blas of Plant City; grandchildren, Daviana, Midalia, Joaquin, Nayeli, and Amelia; mother, Paulina Torres, and many other loving family and friends.
